What We Can Offer You Maloney Properties is seeking Maintenance Superintendents to join our Facilities Team and build a future with us while working at our residential properties in the greater Boston area. Our Superintendents work closely with Regional Maintenance Directors to build strong teams and develop staff skills and communication. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:00, and our pay rate for superintendents ranges from $28-$30 per hour. On-call compensation includes a $300 per week base rate plus overtime for calls. Who We Are Looking For Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are key factors. Experience with Yardi or other work order system is also a plus. We need someone with valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service philosophy, and have experience developing staff, we want you on our Team.
