What We Can Offer You Maloney Properties is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our Facilities Team and build a future with us while working at our residential properties in the greater Boston area. Our Technicians work closely with Superintendents to further their trades skills while performing in-unit repairs and building preventative maintenance. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:00, and our pay rate for technicians ranges from $22-$25 per hour depending on work experience. On-call compensation includes a $300 per week base rate plus overtime for calls. Who We Are Looking For Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are a plus. Experience with Yardi or other work order system is also a plus. We need someone with valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy, we want you on our Team.
