Your Responsibilities Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician at our residential properties in Bradford, MA. This technician will also support a small property in Lawrence, MA. This technician will be responsible for performing in-unit repairs and preventative maintenance, completion of work orders, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building maintenance. Work hours will be 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Your Qualifications The successful candidate will have knowledge of general apartment repair and some experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. The ability to work as part of a supportive and cohesive team, as well independently, is required. Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Yardi maintenance system is preferred. This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
