Description
We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician and turn-key for our apartment communities. Must have experience, valid driver’s license, transportation and auto insurance.
Essential duties include but are not limited to Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, HVAC preferred, Painting, Cleaning, and Pool Maintenance.
Full-time Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - Emergency On-Call Maintenance.
$12.00 to $17.00/hour based on experience.
