My services include: -Keeping you organized -In-depth hours worth of personalized research to find the best deals to match your needs -Negotiate with vendors -Help you plan / suggest ideas for your dream event! -Assist in Setup/Clean up the day of the event -Wedding & Event Coordination -Keep you "calm" hydrated and fed the day of -Assist / tip vendors the day -Keep track of time -Answer day of questions to guests/vendors -Take personal pictures/videos the day of (which is helpful if you don't have a professional photographer or want memories on your phone) -Track expenses/ budget -Emergency management crisis plan -Only taking on 3 clients at a time (with guaranteed, different event dates) to assure you have my full attention -Bonus: Listen to you vent/ offer advice! Up to 3 Months Worth of Work (virtually except for the day of which is in person) only $1000 one-time fee. Additional fees may apply such as travel, food, and other expenses if needed. Credentials: -Master of Science in International Business / Marketing -Certified Wedding Planner -Executive Assistant for Park Avenue Law Firms & Macmillan Publishers for over 6 years where I also plan and host corporate events for high-end politicians and clients -Party Planning Experience for over 10 Years Personally & Professionally -Insider deals with NYC vendors -References / Pictures upon request -VIP member of NYC Event Planners Expo -CPR certified -Planned Dinner Parties, Weddings, Bachelorette Parties, Hotel Surprise Parties, Picnics, Kids Parties & More
