seeking small breed young dog

We recently adopted a yorkie mix from a shelter. Unfortunately she had complications from a spay surgery and passed away. It was devastating to us. We are now seeking another small young dog for our family. Due to the amount of money we had to spend at the emergency vet, we are hoping maybe someone would be able to offer us a lower cost adoption. I thought I would at least try on here, as well as the local shelters and humane societies. I can provide a picture of the certificate of her cremation as proof should you need it, and also can give you details of what happened should you need that. I promise this is not a scam in any way. I’m just a loving mom and dog lover. Please no negative responses. Thank you.
