Have a small but fast-growing printing business. Looking for someone who would like to eventually run a manufacturing business and is not afraid to get dirty running machinery while they work towards running it. This will start out as a part-time gig, on your own time. The ideal arrangement would be hourly wage + ownership/equity incentives.
