Our Part Time Utility Technician could be a fit for you! We've been in the industry for over 35 years and are growing daily. Here's what you'll do: Perform light maintenance including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, and painting Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents Perform seasonal grounds work to ensure the property is clean and well maintained Schedule: Monday Friday, flexible schedule.
