Job Description • Position: LawnCare Maintenance Team Member Compensation: $17 p/hr + P4P (wages + profit share = $20 - $24 p/hr). We are looking for hard-working landscape & lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday with purpose. Our Pay-for-Performance system is there for those high achievers and strong work ethic, and I thoroughly believe that those who possess these same values & qualities, be fairly compensated for their achievements! Augusta LCS Team members have a base pay of $17 p/hr - PLUS the opportunity to earn more every day! So with that, our 1st yr. Team Members will make between $20-24 p/hour. Within 3 years of starting employment, most of our Team members have either become managers within the company, even business owners themselves. And our #1 goal for our Team Members is to develop your talent and your skills, as professionals in the Lawncare Industry. ***** JOB REQUIREMENTS ***** • Team Player Non-Smoker • Reliable Transportation • Valid Drivers License (Must Have) • Clean Driving Record • Smartphone • Pass Background Check/ Drug Test • Capable of Outdoor Physical Labor • 1 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience with another Company (Preferred - but Not Required!) STARTING WAGE:
