Fleet Paint & Body Repair LLC. is looking for a part time Building Maintenance/Custodian to work approximately 20-25 hours per week that is dependable, great work ethic, efficient, self-motivated, has good time management and a handyman. Job duties include but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms and breakroom, stocking supplies, cleaning windows, occasionally run errands, miscellaneous building maintenance and repairs, ability to lift 75 lbs., maintaining lawn and snow removal.
