Description

The Installation Auditor position is full-time with benefits and will assist income eligible residents sustain safe affordable housing through, energy conservation, education, and minor home repairs. The Installation Auditor will conduct pre and post home assessments and identify and install modifications to reduce residents carbon footprint, increase household energy savings, and address unsafe conditions for at risk residents. Free State and National Home Weatherization certification training provided, Access to Agency Learning Academy for career advancement, full benefits and paid leave. REQUIRES: High School or GED and one year experience in home repairs/inspection. Valid CA Driver’s License required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
