Family owned and operated Auto Dealer Group seeks a Facility Maintenance Technician! Facility Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform facility maintenance service requests as required. Keep buildings in good condition; repair or replace plumbing fixtures; replace light bulbs; and replace or re-key locks. Interior work involving minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor appliance, carpentry, drywall, texturing, paint, etc. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Travel to multiple job locations within Chandler/ Gilbert area. Ability to meet deadlines. Facility Maintenance Technician Qualifications: 1 + year facility maintenance experience desired but not required Must have a valid and clean driver’s license Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and move heavy equipment Electrical knowledge and experience preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude Professional appearance and personality Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Must have reliable transportation and the ability to provide personal transportation Must pass an extensive personal background check and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
