We are looking for a steady property preservation contractor. We will pay the same day work is completed to start for the first 2 weeks and then move to weekly pay every Friday. We have work in Sangamon, Christian, Macon, McLean, Logan, Clinton, and Menard counties in IL. Work consists of initial secures, winterizations, grass cuts and landscaping, mold remediation, debris removals, home repairs, providing estimates for all maintenance needed, etc. High turn around on bid approvals and you get the prices you bid for. We are willing to pay additional fees for travel. Please reach out ASAP if interested as we are looking to hire urgently.
