Description
Developmentally disabled adults (some are deaf) like to live independently with your help. They need guidance and encouragement with many of the basic things we all do every day like shopping, cooking, cleaning, socializing, budgeting, etc. They live in their own home, watch their own TV, plan their own food, etc. The skills needed include patience, caring, and the ability to encourage and teach those skills. Part time, 15 to 20 hrs per week, flexible scheduling. Must be able to work as a team member coordinating schedules, goals, and tasks. Pay is $16.00/hr, with additional current bonus.
