Retired older handyman needs a helper to maintain his own home and a home maintained for developmentally disabled son. Flexible part time hours, variety of work –yard work, exterior repair, painting and drywall, electric and plumbing repair, occasional upgrades, etc. Will consider any skill level from trainee with potential to accomplished retiree.
