This is Otis He's a 3 year old mini dachshund He is fixed He's is the most loving sweetest dog you'll ever meet It breaks my heart to rehome him He is not potty trained. I adopted him 2 years ago from a family and noticed right away that he was not potty trained Iv done everything I know how to do to try and stop him from going in my house.unfortunately nothing is working My house is carpet and the whole house smells like dog pee I continue to use a carpet cleaner and I just am burnt out I work and have two children and cannot deal with this any longer If interested please message me Located in Arizona Rehominh fee does apply
