Great company culture and work atmosphere. As a Turf Route Manager you will provide: Turf Care (fertilization, weed control, insect control, disease control, seeding, mosquito applications) Suggest tree and shrub care Give landscape advice to our clients This full-time position includes both production and sales. There is a required training program before establishing your own route; this will be explained in the interview process. From working on following all pesticide safe-handling regulations to educating customers themselves, you are using your skills and knowledge to exceed clients' expectations. As a Route Manager, you manage a route, service the customers in your route, and educate those customers. As the face and voice of our business, you will feel accomplished through your efforts that contribute to the overall success of our company. However we will train the right person. We Offer Benefits of: Paid commission from your daily production Paid Holidays Company IRA Dental Vision *Must have the ability to obtain an Oklahoma Turf & Ornamental Applicator License. *Two years minimum experience as a Turf Technician or Turf Route Manager. If you do not have experience and willing to learn, let us know. You will train with an experienced Turf Team Leader until you are able to have your own route. Starting pay will be based on your experience level. Starting salary amount depends on turf experience and knowledge. Commission is also paid off your production that is completed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $56,900.00 per year with commission.
