QB Fabrication and Welding Inc. located in Clackamas, OR, is a fast-growing steel fabricator in the Pacific Northwest, and is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team. We are currently seeking for a full time Structural Fitter/ Welder. Job Description: - Receives instructions, prints, sketches, and work orders - Read and interprets blueprints and plans the fitting operation - Directs and assists in handling and spreading of material, assembling material into required relationships according to detail drawings; handling and placing detail material in assembly - Able to weld dual shied wire 0.52 & 1/16 - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: · Steel industry experience · Blueprint reading and layout skills · 4 years fitting/ welding structural experience · Attention to detail · Able to follow verbal and written instructions · Ability to work independently and in a diverse team environment · High School Diploma/GED Benefits: - PTO, Sick Leave - Health Insurance - 401(k)
