Landscape Maintenance Lead Position

We are looking to hire an individual to perform landscape maintenance tasks and lead our landscape maintenance division. This is a supervisor position so individual will need to be able to perform all landscape maintenance tasks as well as lead, train and work well with others. Other requirements include having great customer service, communicating well, taking initiative and following instruction. Must be a self starter, be able to prioritize tasks, pay extreme attention to detail and strive for excellence. On the job tasks include but are not limited to; mowing, edging, fertilizing, raking, pruning, property clean ups, and moving or applying landscape materials. AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF RECENT PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE WITH A LANDSCAPE COMPANY IS REQUIRED. Pay rate is $25.00/hour up to $35.00/hour depending on experience. Job skills will be asked to be demonstrated. Hiring and pay will be dependent on skills shown. This position is a full time Monday through Friday position. Please note that this job is seasonal March - November. Winter work is available but tasks and hours vary. There will be an option for our benefits package after 90 days of employment.
