Plumber needed for a few issues

My fiancee and I just moved into a house we bought, and there are a few issues related to plumbing we'd love for someone to take a look at as soon as possible. - We can't find the main water shutoff (and one may not exist). We need to find it, or create a new one. - The water shutoff for the bathroom toilet does not fully shut off the water. Even when turned all the way tight, a steady small stream of water still comes out. Need to fix or replace that shutoff. - Our diverter in our shower leaks (and currently doesn't work at all, stays on "shower" mode). I've pulled it out and it looks like it's worn out, but I'm not sure if there's a way to update it or needs to be replaced, in which case maybe you could help us find a replacement. - The toilet periodically refills with water, like every 30 minutes or so. Can we fix this? - The bathroom sink drains slow. We used some drano which helped temporarily, but wondered if there's a larger issue since it's back to draining slow. I don't think any of these are major issues (except maybe needing a main water shutoff and not having one), but someone with expertise in these things would be super helpful!
