Skiessentials.com is looking for a full time employee to join the team at our warehouse in downtown Stowe, Vermont. SkiEssentials is an outdoor minded company that prides itself on employee well-being and enjoying outdoor experiences together. We are looking for a team player, who can handle the fast-paced environment, and is ready to jump in and help with the day to day inventory needs at our warehouse and retail stores. The position requires daily runs between store locations in Stowe and a weekly run to Killington, VT. A valid drivers license is a must. Daily tasks would include communicating with shops, pulling inventory at the warehouse, transferring inventory in the computer and physically driving the products to the shops. Individual would need to be able to load and unload van with skis and other gear. Primary Duties: · Pick/pick-up online orders from the retail location, identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies to the proper channels/departments · Following up on potential inventory discrepancies through physical counts and adjustments · Communicate daily with multiple location staff about any immediate needs or special customer requests/pick-ups · Transport online orders from warehouse to be picked up at the retail store by customers · Electronically and physically transfer product between stores, based on requests from managers · Take proactive role of coordinating with store manager/purchasing/inventory team to create and maintain a high level organization of product · Verify and put away incoming products, communicating directly with purchasing and receiving as needed Secondary Duties: · Pick/ship at warehouse · Assist with physical counts · General Warehouse tasks –restock shelves, verify incoming product, clean inventory areas, empty trash and recycling The right candidate has: Attention to detail/organization Good attitude Valid drivers license Able to adapt to changing tasks Inventory experience.
