Rough Collie needs a home

This is Hank. Hank is a 2 year old male AKC registered Rough Collie. Hank has been through extensive training and is a great family dog. I have two young children and he adores them and is very gentle. Hank is very high energy, it comes with the breed. I'd prefer he go to someone with experience with this type of Collie. Hank is good with all other animals. He wouldn't hurt a fly. Hank loves to play fetch and go for walks. He is amazing on a leash. He is fully potty trained. He doesn't chew or dig. He will bark at things, but not out of boredom. He loves car rides, but needs a lot of space. The only issue I can say Hank has is that he is excitable. He jumps on you to say hello. He only does this to adults. But I am in very poor health and it's dangerous for me. Aside from that, I've no longer been able to take him on walks and I barely get to play with him. This breed requires a great deal of grooming and I'm behind on that too. Because of my health he isn't getting the love, attention, and exercise he needs. It is selfish of me to keep him at this point. However, I will only let him go to the PERFECT home. He is very loved here, so if that home isn't found he will stay with me. I am asking a rehoming fee of $500. I feel this is reasonable for his breed and for the training he went through. He would come with his papers, food, bed, and favorite toys, and harness (harness has only been used once and was $100). I'm negotiable on the price, but these are expensive dogs and I want to be sure you can afford continued care for him. From the breeder he was over 1,000 and his training was a few thousand dollars. Hank needs a home with an active family or to live on a farm and have a job. Meet and greet will be required. Vet references, landlord approval, personal references will all be required. I want him to go to a permanent home. We are willing to travel to meet, I live pretty far away from everything in a town called Republic.
