I'm looking to hire another painter to help paint houses exterior. Must have experience. Pay based on experience and ability to cut in and perform all work necessary to prep and paint a house. Will start at 16-17 then can increase upto 20 after a couple weeks if good at painting and can cut in. I will know if you can cut in straight line or not.
