Female vocalist wanted

Male guitarist with many years of experience playing out in public is looking for a female vocalist who wants to create some musical magic. I am looking for someone with a great voice who wants to work hard towards a common goal. We can do an acoustic duo or add a piece (I already have a bass/keyboard player) for a trio, or we can go full blown rock band. I have an amazing rehearsal space and all the gear needed to do whatever we decide to do. Let's talk about it. I have found that it is much more important for people to get along and actually enjoy each other's company than it is to just try to put random puzzle pieces together and hope it works. What is your idea of an ideal situation? What songs/bands would you like to play?
