REO Management LLC is actively seeking Property Runner to service the Birmingham Alabama and surrounding area (surrounding cities). As a Property Runner, your primary job functions are to ensure that project benchmarks, timelines, and quality standards are being met. These functions are a main driver in our overall success. Property Runner's are responsible for documenting the Make Ready process from inception to completion, with special attention to any potential delays. Our goal is to uncover, address, and resolve any issues prior to client property visits. Property Runner’s understand the needs of the market and ensure we have the needed pro’s onsite completing projects in a concise manner. The success of REO Management LLC starts with our onsite pro’s and our Property Runners. If you are interested in joining our team, please contact a member of our staff to request an application. Volume: ● Possible 1-5 projects (Houses) per week in the BIRM market ● Each project may require 2-4 visits per week or more ● Each visit takes 15 minutes to 1 hour Territory and Compensation per Visit: ● Territory for Birmingham ● $30 per visit (mileage not included) ● Net 15 Schedule: ● Day one walk thru and QC walk thru are based on our client’s timeframe ● Visits may be scheduled between Monday - Saturday between 8am and 6pm (After hours may apply for emergencies or status updates)
