Now hiring a part-time Photography assistant for the Lil' Angels 2022 Fall photography season. As a Photography assistant, you will be required to support the photographer in all shared activities with a $20 hourly pay. You must have excellent communication skills, experience with children, be proactive, respectful and able to move quickly. You will be assisting in posing children from ages 2 months to 5 years old. The fall season begins in September and ends until November. A week often has 4 photoshoots (Monday/Tuesday & Thursday/Friday), with a few exceptions. Flexible availability is needed for this job. Hours vary, as we stay until we finish photographing all enrolled kids present at school. The amount of hours per day is directly relative to the school’s enrollment, but we must leave before lunch time. This seasonal job requires you to drive to different locations around the Austin metropolitan area (Buda, Kyle, Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Leander and College Station). Mileage will be compensated. Responsibilities: -Drive to photoshoot location. -Unload and load equipment for photo shoots. -Assist photographer with set up and break down of props, equipment and backdrops. -Hold babies/toddlers, walk children while we transition from classroom to studio and back. -Double-check that children are ready for pictures, cleaning their face or moving hair out of eyes. -Use props to prompt smiles throughout picture day. Requirements: -Must be able to stand, bend, squat for long periods. -Must be able to lift 25 lbs, as we are required to hold the children. -Must have reliable vehicle. -Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $20.00 per hour
