Facilities/General Maintence Location: Hercules, CA 94547 (*Must be local and able to commute) $30-$32hr (Weekly pay!) + Benefits Full-time: Monday- Friday 6 month Contract ( Great potential for extension or permanent) *Please note: This role requires vaccination under current guidance applicable to the company. You will be doing general maintenance, basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. Performs minor plumbing maintenance, minor painting, minor electrical (replacement of lights and ballasts), reconfiguration of conference rooms, ordering maintenance parts, and other work as assigned Requirements: • High school Diploma or equivalent • 1+yrs experience in Facilities/General Maintenance and/or working in electrical, plumbing and carpentry work • Experience using common hand tools • Ability to understand and follow directions as given • Must be customer service oriented • Pass background/Drug testing • US Citizenship or greencard holder Please send your resume!
