For many centuries women have been gathering in sisterhood circles to heal, empower, learn, connect, and evolve in their divine feminine and womb wisdom. We are bringing many of these ancient practices back, as we gather in circles together. The focus of this first circle will be the ROOT chakra, the muladhdara, connecting us to mother Earth herself. To be fully prepared for this sacred container please bring with you the following: -come dressed for a grounded yoga practice (optional to wear something red for the root chakra) -yoga mat -sustainable bottle -bug repellant (we will be sitting outside) -an open heart, ready to connect and love
