Mobile home repairs--someone with experience

I purchased by own manufactured home (single wide) 5 years ago and have made many improvements to it since. The person I have doing my bathroom has had many setbacks but hopefully will finish it this year. In the meantime, I have two jobs that I want to get done very soon. The back door is the usual flimsy outswing crappy door on many of these homes. I need someone who has experience and knows what they're doing to remove this door and install a new door frame with inswing door--a REAL door. My living room floor had some soft spots and there were areas of the subfloor that weren't supported or reinforced at all. Most of these have been fixed but there are still two spots that need to be fully reinforced to make it solid. I can't replace my carpet until this has been done, so I'm looking for someone to do this job also. If I'm impressed with your knowledge and work, I may hire you to completely re-do my kitchen floor too. I'm not looking to hire a company with huge costs, only a trustworthy person who does jobs on the side with quality work and a decent price. South Norfolk section of Chesapeake. I'm looking to have this job done within the next 45 days or so, depending on total costs.
