Okie is a 13-year-old yorkie mix whose owner passed away this summer leaving him in need of a new family. Like a lot of little dogs, Okie can be a bit neurotic and nippy when first meeting someone, so he needs someone who will take the time to slowly introduce themselves and be understanding of how his little life has suddenly been turned upside down. Also, true to little dog form, once he is comfortable with you, he will be your best bud giving you tons of kisses, curling up on the back of the couch like a cat desperate to be your neck scarf, and following you around everywhere you go. He definitely needs to be indoor only. He is house-trained, and he's good with other dogs. No idea how he is with cats and probably best that he goes to a home without kids.
