Together with the expert microgreens growers at LTF you will learn to choose the right soil, prepare growing flats, plant, water, and harvest fresh microgreens. With this knowledge and a simple set of supplies, you can leave with all you need to continue growing delicious healthy produce in your own home. Instructor Jeff Thaler is the brains behind the operation at Lettuce Tree Farms and has been growing microgreens for the restaurants of Cleveland for 5 years. Together with the rest of the team at LTF, Jeff has grown thousands of flats of flawless microgreens and will teach you how to do the same! Join Jeff every 2nd Tuesday of the month at Something Good to Eat vegan café, classes start at 6pm and go for 90 minutes. After the class you will have the option to buy additional microgreens, growing supplies, and house plants.
