This is the world premiere of a short film that is an artistic collaboration between Boston musicians Dreamchild and filmmaker/photographer Cheryl Fair of Baltimore. The seasonal songs were specifically composed by Dreamchild to flow seamlessly together musically into one larger, thematically connected piece, with visually compelling and mesmeric scenes depicting summer, autumn, winter & spring: “Glare”, the song of summer, comes first, followed by the fall scenes illustrating “Autumn Song” (based on Dante Gabriel Rossetti’s poem), “An Oblivion of Snow” for bleak & frigid winter, and “The Heir Apparent”, depicting the coming of spring. It is approximately 18 minutes long. As part of the program, Cheryl Fair's and Dreamchild’s other short, single-song-length ‘mini films’ will be shown. Cheryl Fair & Cheryl E. Siren and Frank Gerace (Dreamchild) will also speak briefly about these artistic creations.
