The 'inflation reduction act' will now be known as the "INCOME Reduction Act" You've already lost two year's worth of pay raises because of rampant government spending, which has caused this inflation. Democrats want you to be prepared for at least another two years worth of inflation with their new spending bill. This 'inflation reduction act' will effectively REDUCE your income for at least the next 2 years, according to 'optimistic' estimates. It is then projected to SLOWLY start to reduce inflation over the following 8 years, to arrive at a ZERO NET GAIN at the end of ten years. And yes, it WILL RAISE TAXES. And you won't see ANY real reduction of inflation for at least 10 years or longer. Sounds like a great deal, right? Your government is asking you to put your life on hold for 10 years, while they spend money we don't have. And it's all about going "GREEN", it has nothing to do with reducing inflation at all. This is just another liberal / socialist 'green' money grab-bag. -- Maybe some of you younger folks should look up Barack Obama and his "Solyndra" scam. Same shit, different administration. Nothing will be done to help the environment or reduce inflation, "Some" people are going to get filthy rich and all the rest of us will pay for it. Don't you think Washington DC has enough or our money to play with already ?? Democrats are trying to run up the credit card as high as possible, before they get blown out in November. ** One thing people should know: Breaking a nation's economy is one of the most important steps toward creating a socialist government. I have to say, the Democrats are doing a damn fine job of that.
