Meet at the Gym Downtown in Norfolk Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and Town Point Park on Mondays and Wednesdays! The locations are within walking distance of one another and there is free parking on on weeknights after 6PM and all-day Sunday, all down Boush Street where the meters are. All you need to bring is some flexible, comfortable clothing, water, and a yoga mat if you have one. We'll spend 30 mins on strength and conditioning, 15 minutes on stretching and meditation, leading into 30 mins of Kung Fu instruction. You should head home feeling loose, refreshed, and full of energy! Our program is designed to stimulate training at all levels, in a safe, comfortable, and fun environment that embodies our slogan, "Anyone Can Fight!"
