Full body workout using the stairs, bleachers and trails at the historic and beautiful Red Rocks amphitheatre!
Winter is around the corner and as the trail running, biking and hiking season winds down, this is the perfect time to work on your weaknesses, literally!
Strength and conditioning work is just as important as putting in the mileage in a training routine, if not more so.
Let's spend the next 4 months together building a strong foundation so that you can run, ride and hike stronger and injury free in 2021!
Stair climbing workouts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Expect a full body workout with drills, sprints, hops, core and more fun up and down the stairs and bleachers! On warmer days an optional trail run will be included. These are tough workouts but will include modifications for all levels. Meet at the trading post.

Post Turkey Day burn-off: Friday, November 29th
Ugly Sweater workout: Saturday, Decmber 12th
New Years "Hangover" workout: Friday, January 1st
