Green Drinks is an opportunity to meet and mingle with other eco-conscious people, and hear from local leaders about sustainability, environmental, and social advocacy issues. Join Summit County Public Lands Manager, Jess Kirby, to get an update on the $50 million-dollar open space bond, wildfire program and the watershed resilience project in Weber Canyon. Additionally, Sara Jo Dickens from Ecology Bridge will present a holistic ecosystem health approach to noxious weed control in open space and… our own backyards! They will be joined by Sophy Kohler from Park City Gardens who will chime in about native plants and landscaping. Admission to Park City Green Drinks is always free. Donations to Recycle Utah will be accepted at the door, which allow us to continue hosting these free community events. Light refreshments will be served, we recommend having a snack or light dinner before or after the event.
