Join us for a coffee workshop aimed to provide guests with knowledge about what makes coffee taste different based on the coffee origins. Discussing different methods of removing the fruit, elevation, soil and a variety of nuanced details which change the chemistry of the coffee bean’s flavor. Participants will also get to taste 2 coffees from different countries to exercise the knowledge gained from the workshop.
Each person will also take home a bag of each coffee from the cupping.
Coffee professional and world class barista, Cat Tucher will guide you through the process of cupping, an industry exercise to determine the quality of a coffee through sensory assessment.
Cat is a coffee industry professional who has worked in q-grading, green buying, and education, as well as behind the bar for many years as a barista.
