Next Steps in Mission 2022Join us for our Next Steps in Mission training and conference on Saturday, August 27, 2022, from 8:30 am to 2:45 pm at All Saints' Anglican Cathedral in Long Beach, CA. The Program Our speaker for 2022 is Jud Boies of Thrive Ministries. He has been very effective in helping Anglican churches in northern California connect with their mission and grow their churches. We are excited to have Jud offer his experience and expertise to us as well. Everyone in the L.A. Deanery is welcome. In addition to our speaker, this is an opportunity to meet with members from other churches in the Deanery. This is also our brief corporate annual meeting. Registration Registration is through Eventbrite. The registration fee is $35 per attendee which includes snacks and lunch. About Jud Boies Jud Boies is the Executive Director and Pastor of the Church Goals and Business Goals ministries. Jud served 9 years as the Executive Pastor of Operations at Bayside Church in Northern California and has been consulting with churches using the Church Goals program since 2005. During the 9 years as Executive Pastor, they grew Bayside Church to one of the fastest growing churches in America and helped thousands of other churches grow through their Thrive Conference. He has a passion for helping re-energize churches and showing people how to integrate their faith in leadership roles – both in the church and the workplace. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and has a master’s degree from Western Seminary. Jud has been married to his wife, Mary, since 1982 and has twin daughters and a granddaughter.
