Force-on-Force HandgunFlat range training is necessary to build motor skills, but there's nothing like testing your skills and tactics against a "thinking human being". FOFH training permits you to manage realistic defensive scenarios presented in a variety of contexts by trained role players or other trainees. Test your defensive reactions, movements, use of cover, and other skills within the context of a live conflict. Trainees & role players shall employ airsoft weapons platforms for this training. New Course Themes: Each FOFH course will now present a different theme or environment to focus on. Each course we will present skills & tactics pursuant to the chosen theme/environment. Cost: $150 per student...We want to encourage trainees to come back to this course for a fresh experience each time they attend so in addition to new themes we're also applying a new cheaper price for this training. And there's no cost of ammo! Pre-requisite Requirements: Basic handgun skills or greaterAcknowledgement in writing that face, neck, and eye protection MUST be worn at ALL times during any training exerciseAcknowledgement in writing that Force-on-Force training may result in pain or marks on skin from airsoft training systemsAcknowledgement in writing that ABSOLUTELY NO LIVE WEAPONS OR AMMUNITION are permitted in the training areaAcknowledgement in writing that trainees will be physically searched for weapons before entering the training area for each exerciseAmmo Count: NA Course Times: 9am-3pm, no lunch Training Location: 6702 Wildlife Trail Raleigh, NC 27613  Google Maps link: https://goo.gl/maps/yb49D **(other locations may be used for later dates or when bad weather threatens) Please respect our neighbors and proceed SLOWLY down Wildlife Trail past Dead Broke Horse Farm, and look for the Every Day Ready sign on the gate to the left. Drive through the gate and follow the gravel road all the way to the range site. Park on the left between the parking signs. Reminder: Please read and obey all posted signs and regulations. All firearms must remain secured or concealed until directed otherwise by EDR. DO NOT handle or display any firearms until directed by EDR. Eligibility to Attend: No live weapons or ammunition requiredAll training systems & safety gear shall be provided by EDRInformation and waivers shall be provided in advance of trainingStudent Required Items: Each student MUST submit a completed and signed EDR waiver. Eye protection approved for airsoft, if you bring your own (clear lens is best)Appropriate clothing Long Pants with a sturdy belt are required Appropriate outdoor shoes, no open-toed shoes are permitted A ball cap with visor is recommended Other clothing as required by the weather and to provide minimal protection from impacts by airsoft BBs.Hydration – EDR recommends at least 1gal of water per person There will be NO lunch break in this coursePlease contact EDR if you have any questions regarding equipment…we can save you money & grief by helping you avoid inappropriate equipment before you purchase it.
