Purpose of job: To organize and run deburring jobs in various machines. Qualifications: The ability to speak and understand English, Spanish speaking a plus. High school graduate or equivalent. Experience in a machine shop or deburring experience a plus! Skills: Previous experience in a job shop or desire to learn a trade Must be reliable and on time Detail oriented person Organizing, planning and prioritizing work Understanding customer requirements & delivery time frames Clear and precise handwriting Use logic & reasoning to alert manager to process problems immediately Ability to work independently Physical Demands: Walking, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting material. The employee will be frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or tools. Noise level is moderate to loud.
