Purpose of job: To manufacture, repair or certify thread ring gages to National and International standards. Qualifications: The ability to speak and understand English, Spanish speaking a plus. High school graduate or equivalent. We are willing to train the right candidate. Skills: Experience with a Supermicrometer and thread wires OD/ID Grinding experience a plus! Previous experience in a job shop or desire to learn a trade Must be reliable and on time Detail oriented person Understanding measuring both American and Metric system Organizing, planning and prioritizing work Understanding customer requirements & delivery time frames Clear and precise handwriting Record inspection and test results Use logic & reasoning to alert manager to process problems immediately Ability to work independently and in a small group environment Physical Demands: Walking, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, viewing small precision parts.
