You are invited to join Catawba Mental Health and NAMI Piedmont Tri-County at Fountain Park on October 9, 2022. Join us as we come together for our 2nd Annual Candlelight Vigil to create a community of support for those who live with a mental illness, those mourning the loss of a loved one to suicide, caregivers, friends and all who continue to support ending the silence and stigma for people living with mental health concerns.
Life is not a solo sport. We recognize and celebrate the recovery of so many, and mourn those we lost to this diagnosis.
We invite you to come alone, or with your spouse and loved ones, come as a family or with your emotional support or service animal. All are welcome.
For those who have lost a loved one, we also invite you to bring a photograph for our memorial wall of the person you love who lost their life to suicide as we join together as part of a loving and supportive community.
We are not alone, recovery is not linear, people fight hard to recover, to stay alive and find support. Those we lost deserve to be remembered with love, compassion and kindness.
