Description

These yoga classes will be held at Carolina Assessment Services, with mats, and any other supplies provided by us. These yoga classes will be limited to 6 people, first come first serve. All classes are $15 a piece, or you have the option to buy 5 classes in bulk for $65 in our office. All Thursday classes will be instructed by Malai Roper (pictured below), who received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Malai is extremely involved in the community and recognizes the importance of yoga and mental health.
