Found Black Tuxedo Cat in Mazarick Park

Description

We found a black and white tuxedo cat after a hike in Mazarick Park. We held on to him for a little bit, we got him neutered, his shots, and flea medicine. The vet did not find a microchip in him when we checked. We would like to find out if he had a home, and just escaped or if he is an outdoor cat. He has green eyes, and a couple white socks.
