Seeking retired, semi-retired but physically fit person with maintenance knowledge of painting, plumbing, and light electrical for residential rental properties in Mansfield and surrounding areas. This part-time job offers very flexible hours and ideal for someone wanting to additional income to an existing pension/retirement income.
Maintenance person must have own reliable transportation and tools. Salary range is open and negotiable but in $12+ per hour range.
