We are so excited to announce Saturday yoga at Retail Therapy! What a better way to start off your weekend than treating yourself to some self care for your body and soul (annnnnd shopping!!!) Have you been curious about yoga? Meditation? Breathwork? Maybe you have a practice in place and would like to learn something new! We are happy to hold space for you, and teach you everything we know ! Grab your mat and give yourself an hour to relax, unwind and perhaps learn something new! Our focus of this hour is for you to take some time for yourself and to share the practice of yoga in an aproachable way. Whether you have never tried yoga, yoga curious, say “yoga wasn’t for you, or you are a regularly practicing yogi ; this class will provide space for you to feel Into your body and soul Every Saturday starting at 9 am (doors open at 8:45am) to 10am The Itinerary - Opening intention setting - Breathwork - Movement flow ( all levels vinyasa/yin/restorative influenced flows) - Closing sound bath and meditation Stay after to shop and connect with over 70 different local businesses! Children are welcome, on a first come first served basis depending on space. My passion is creating spaces and experiences for people to connect, to share, and to take some time for themselves. The past few years I have spent getting certifications in yoga, meditation, and energy healing to share the beauty of these practices with others. You can find me vending crystals at local markets or teaching yoga in parks all over phoenix, I am so excited to now offer a weekly offering partnered with a wonderful business in the community!
