Stories in Power (S.I.P.): Health Forward Foundation is partnering with Ad Astra Community Innovations Group to examine how communities have experienced power – or the lack of power – in decisions that affect their lives. Paint and S.I.P. (Stories in Power) combine data gathering with the creative arts to explore and understand community power among members of the community. Those who participate don’t have to be artists or even good with art. At the session, there will be a guide who will help us paint and consider power through art.When: Wednesday, August 10, 6:15 pm-8:15 pm (food provided)Co-host: Sisters in Christ https://sistersinchristkc.org/$$$: You will receive a $25 participation stipend for your time and attendance at the session. You may also receive a $10 referral stipend (per person who attends) if you refer others who participate in this event.
