(We want new NOT to just paint existing) 3) Shows storage room where that sliding door will be removed and walled off for access to walk-in closet through Mstr Bdrm. So, former Lic GC from Midwest I have interviewed and hired many over my 14yrs in Phx and found that far too many say they are very good at specific trades but fall well short, So, if you can honestly do one or more of the projects listed, you are a fair priced and an honest person that can walk their talk. Then respond back and tell me which NUMBER(s) you do well? But be honest so we don’t waste each other’s time. 1A) Remodel guest bath shower: Take out the existing fiberglass shower and install a pan 3’D x 5’W x 8’ and finish the walls with backer board + Install 2’x12” V-NICE GLUE on Tiles that look like ceramic and fool 100 % of people. Trust me it’s much quicker and easier than you think. 1B) Install new faucets + slide-by glass shower doors. 2) Master bedroom walk-in closet: Remove an interior sliding door that goes into an insulated decent storage room. Close off Sliding door entry and make a new entry through Mstr Bedroom closet into that room and install some S-rock, prep walls, and paint – install Oak Laminate flooring + install 32” door + install custom modular cabinets, drawers and shelves in this 10’ x 9’ walk-in closet area. 3) Kitchen Cabinets: We are wanting to remove ALL existing Kitchen Cabinet door and drawer fronts. (If this is your area of expertise we would like to talk about custom entertainment center & helping design build a 8’x6’ bar area) Misc Handyman projects: 3) Help clean out 2 storage rooms and reset up some metal shelves 4) Do some touch-up painting 5) Remove and install new exterior Fountain 6) Build a 6’D x 8’W 2 tier garden for the wife * I have a good guy now who gave me a fair bid on shower and master closet, however he works 2 jobs and may not be able to complete 1 or both as quickly as we want done. So, we are seeing If there is anyone that may be able to start and finish some projects sooner?
