I was there with my family, my brother to my left, and you - a gorgeous, tall drink of NW Bellingham water to my right. (I didn’t realize just how tall you were until we stood next to each other for the standing ovation at the end).
You thoughtfully looked up who the opener was and told me when my #oldladyvision couldn’t make it out on your phone screen without burying my face in your lap lol.
In between acts we discussed song writing, the Steinway I’ve been spiritually experiencing while house sitting, what kinds of dark clouds Portland is grappling with, and why you love Bellingham so much. I was too shy to ask for you number but I really loved our exchange and am craving more. Wasn’t too shy to grant you the #1 nickname (only you will understand this) ;-)
