Instructional leaders help teachers make a greater positive impact on the lives of students. Understanding the impacts of coaching are paramount to a solid school team; the quality of conversations in an organization can critically influence the organization's effectiveness. Amy Musante will lead the full-day learning experience centering upon building trusting and collaborative relationships. This workshop explores how a coaching orientation, together with a strong coaching process and key coaching skills can make a significat and immediate difference in the conversations in which school leaders engage every day.

Her experience includes 17 years as a High School English Language Arts teacher, Instructional Coach, and Secondary Schools Intervention Specialist. She has partnered with Teachers College Reading and Writing Project focusing on literacy at the secondary level. Musante serves on a board with the State University of New York focusing on impacting the student experience a the high school and college level.
